Expectations: Deliver robust, secure, and scalable backend solutions; continuously optimize system performance; actively contribute to architectural direction; communicate progress and trade‑offs to stakeholders; adapt to agile workflows and changing requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Build and extend backend features using Spring, NoSQL, time‑series databases, and message queues. - Collaborate with UI and firmware teams to expose data and manage APIs. - Design, construct, and maintain real‑time event processing pipelines. - Monitor and tune system performance for scalability and efficiency. - Shape long‑term technology roadmap and architecture decisions. - Interface with AI components to improve security insights and automation. - Provide clear technical updates and trade‑off analyses to leadership and partners. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and Ops to implement cloud solutions, automate workflows, and maintain observability and documentation. Expectations: - 3+ years in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or system administration. - Proven experience managing production cloud environments. - Proficiency in Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cost optimization.
