Vice President Information Technology
**Role Summary**
Lead the global IT organization of a private‑equity backed manufacturing company, driving technology strategy, execution, and evolution during rapid growth and transformation. Own the QAD ERP platform, oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data initiatives, and partner with CFO and executive leadership to support business objectives.
**Expactations**
- Build and scale a high‑performing global IT team, including India shared services.
- Align IT strategy with business goals and ensure seamless integration of new acquisitions.
- Deliver enterprise‑wide automation, analytics, and Industry 4.0 digital transformation.
- Maintain robust governance, security, and compliance across cloud and on‑prem environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the global IT strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Own, optimize, and scale the QAD ERP system across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer service functions.
- Lead enterprise applications, system integration, and data architecture initiatives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate technology integration during M&A activities and standardize processes across entities.
- Drive automation, analytics, and digital transformation projects (Industry 4.0).
- Build, mentor, and lead a global IT organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and other executive leaders to support cross‑functional objectives.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive hands‑on experience with QAD ERP in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven senior or executive IT leadership in a global, multi‑entity environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply‑chain, and operational systems.
- Experience with ERP optimization, M&A integration, and enterprise transformation.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills; high EQ.
- Leadership style that is hands‑on, yet focused on strategic outcomes.
- Ability to mentor and develop a high‑performing, geographically dispersed IT team.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or cybersecurity credentials (e.g., CISSP) are preferred but not mandatory.
