**Job Title:** Project Management Officer (PMO) – IT
**Role Summary:**
Serve as the central coordinator for the IT project portfolio of a large amusement park, supporting the IT Director and Finance leadership in strategic and operational decision‑making. Ensure visibility, prioritization, governance, and performance monitoring across multiple IT and business projects in a dynamic, multi‑stakeholder environment.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver clear, data‑driven insights for portfolio prioritization and governance.
- Maintain alignment of projects with corporate strategy, budget, and IT capacity.
- Facilitate effective communication between IT, business units, and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Centralize and structure the IT and business project portfolio; prioritize initiatives based on strategy, resources, and financial constraints.
- Monitor project progress (schedule, cost, quality, resources) and consolidate financial forecasts for the entire portfolio.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks; propose corrective action plans.
- Prepare and support decision‑making in IT governance bodies, including arbitration and prioritization sessions.
- Maintain and update the IT master plan (roadmap) ensuring coherence and prioritization of initiatives.
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs); analyze variances and issue proactive alerts.
- Implement and evolve project management methods (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and supporting tools.
- Assist project managers with KPI tracking, risk handling, dependency management, and milestone control.
- Produce dashboards, status reports, and presentation material for senior leadership.
- Ensure documentation traceability, archiving of deliverables, and decisions.
- Coordinate hand‑over between development (Build) and operations (Run) teams; support change management across applications and business processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Power BI, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and formalization abilities for processes, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Effective written and verbal communication, capable of addressing technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven stakeholder management, transversal leadership, and constructive challenging.
- Diplomatic, politically aware, and able to drive initiatives in demanding environments.
- Continuous‑improvement mindset with solid risk‑management expertise.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC+4/5) in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of PMO experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder settings (preferably IT).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master) are desirable but not mandatory.
