Job Description
Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role Summary: Dynamic sales‑focused recruitment professional responsible for end‑to‑end headhunting, including business development, client relationship management, candidate engagement, deal negotiation, and market analysis. Owns and expands client accounts, delivering tailored talent solutions across legal, finance, and engineering sectors. Expectations: - Ultracontrolled autonomy with uncapped earnings; projected OTE growth from £40k–£60k in Year 1 to £150k+ by Year 3. - Rapid career progression with early responsibility and senior‑level exposure. - Proactive client and candidate pipeline creation, managing full lifecycle from prospecting to placement. - High performance metrics, monthly incentives, and annual performance reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and attract passive candidates through market research and networking. - Develop and sustain relationships with high‑end Blue‑Chip clients and prospects. - Negotiate and manage complex end‑to‑end placements, ensuring compliance and satisfaction. - Produce detailed market maps and coverage plans to support penetration strategies. - Deliver pitches, presentations, and face‑to‑face interviews with stakeholders. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and client market demands. Required Skills: - Strong sales, business development, and consulting acumen. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Time‑management, efficiency, and high work ethic. - Commercial awareness with high EQ and IQ. - Ability to operate autonomously in a meritocratic environment.
