Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Software Engineer – Frontend **Role Summary** Lead the design and implementation of high‑impact customer‑facing front‑end features for a real‑estate AI platform. Own complex end‑to‑end development, from discovery to deployment, and elevate product quality through architecture, code reviews, and design‑system advocacy. **Expectations** - Drive feature initiatives single‑handedly or in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (product, design, backend). - Deliver polished, scalable UI experiences that meet accessibility standards and ship frequently. - Mentor junior developers, enforce coding best‑practices, and champion UX consistency. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and develop React/React‑Native components, state management, and performance optimizations. - Build and evolve the centralized design system / component library; contribute to component design and documentation. - Implement accessibly‑compliant UIs (WCAG 2.1) and ensure a seamless user experience. - Collaborate with backend engineers on GraphQL and REST APIs, shaping API contracts and data workflows. - Write technical specifications, RFCs, and maintain solid automated test coverage (unit, integration, E2E). - Deploy to production with safe rollouts, monitor, and iterate based on customer feedback. - Partner with designers to translate mockups into functional prototypes; conduct usability tests and refine interactions. - Pair‑program and conduct high‑signal pull‑request reviews; enforce code quality and maintainability. - Own prompt and material management services, 2D/3D editing experiences, engagement features, and embedded design capabilities. **Required Skills** - 7+ years of modern front‑end development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React. - Deep knowledge of React architecture: component design, hooks, context, performance, and accessibility. - Experience with React Native (bonus). - Proficiency in graph‑query (GraphQL) and RESTful API integration and collaboration on API design. - Familiarity with build tools (Vite, Webpack, NPM) and modern toolchains. - Expertise in creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries. - Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility principles and implementation. - Solid writing skills for documentation, RFCs, and design system guidelines. - Comfortable working across stack layers (frontend, backend, platform). - Pragmatic product mindset: ability to balance speed, quality, and long‑term maintainability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
