Job Description
Job Title: EDI Bank Flow Management Officer (3–6 month temporary contract) Role Summary: Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and support of electronic data interchange (EDI) contracts and banks’ data flows in a bank’s Middle Office. Ensure secure transmission via EBICS and other protocols, manage client installations, analyze transaction files for fraud detection, and produce activity reports. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality client service and adherence to internal quality standards. - Demonstrate meticulous, methodical work and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Collaborate effectively with the network, service providers, and cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain EDI contracts using EBICS (Coop@cess Remises, Coop@cess Échanges, BTPNET). - Implement Turbo SE.COM and SEV2 contracts and manage client installations. - Review, correct, and reconcile incoming teletransmitted bank files, coordinating with business centers and clients. - Conduct fraud‑control analyses of received files. - Generate and present regular activity reports. Required Skills: - Proven experience in a banking environment, especially with remote banking services and payment data transmission. - Proficiency with secure communication protocols EBICS T/TS and payment flow management (wire transfers, direct debits). - Familiarity with Turbo software and MYSys EDI environment is highly preferred. - Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and methodical approach to work. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Adaptability, analytical mindset, responsiveness, and ability to work collaboratively.
