**Job Title:** Cloud & Automation Sales Engineer (Full‑time, F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Drive growth and retention for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in cloud infrastructure, containerization, orchestration, automation, and cloud security solutions. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineering teams, and partners (Red Hat, Azure, AWS, GCP). Generate new business, customize proposals, close deals, and ensure successful project delivery.
**Expectations:**
- Develop and execute acquisition strategy for large‑account clients.
- Continuously enhance existing offerings and create new service bundles.
- Build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
- Represent the company at key industry events and partner relationships.
- Act as a consultant for technical teams on cloud automation and security topics.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and close high‑value contracts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Identify and pursue new cloud‑automation and security opportunities within target accounts.
2. Craft tailored, technically robust proposals in partnership with technical managers.
3. Conduct sales cycle from qualification, solution design, negotiation, to closing.
4. Manage post‑sale handover, ensuring service teams deliver on commitments.
5. Maintain and strengthen relationships with primary partners (Red Hat, Azure, AWS, GCP).
6. Represent the firm at industry conferences and partner events.
7. Provide market intelligence and feedback to product and sales enablement teams.
8. Collaborate closely with sales engineers, operations, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- 3‑5 years of B2B service‑sales experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure, orchestration, containerization, automation, or security.
- Strong grasp of cloud technologies and ongoing sector developments.
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle with enterprise accounts.
- Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Resilience, perseverance, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Self‑motivated, curious, dynamic, autonomous, and collaborative team player.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Competent in CRM, sales analytics, and basic financial modeling.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an engineering, management school, or equivalent university.
- A dual engineering/management qualification is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Red Hat Certified Engineer, or equivalent) are desirable but not mandatory.
