**Job Title**
Program Manager – Midstream Solutions & Operational Technology
**Role Summary**
Directs a multidisciplinary squad of contract and internal talent to design, deploy, and support technology solutions that enhance midstream operations. Works with business and technical stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans, ensuring solutions improve runtime, reliability, process safety, and commercial performance.
**Expectations**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in shale production and/or IT consulting.
* Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional technology teams and influence business stakeholders.
* Self‑starting, results‑focused, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong financial acumen.
* Willing and able to travel up to 25 % of the time (e.g., to Denver, Houston, and field sites).
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive innovation and change strategy for midstream technology programs.
* Lead upstream‑midstream alignment initiatives to boost margin capture and asset profitability.
* Design, implement, and manage PI, SCADA, RTU, and digital control network solutions.
* Develop and maintain dashboards using Snowflake, data visualization tools, and other analytics platforms.
* Estimate, track, and report on the realized value of technology solutions.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute projects using scaled agile methodologies.
* Manage budget, resources, and vendor teams across multiple time zones.
* Resolve project dependencies, conflicts, and technical interfaces.
* Communicate progress and status to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
* Train and support field personnel on new tools and processes across multiple assets.
**Required Skills**
* Agile project management (Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban).
* SCADA, PI System, RTU, and digital control network administration.
* Data management: Snowflake, data visualization, dashboarding.
* SAP Preventive Maintenance/CM processes (notifications, work orders).
* API design, platform architecture, and configuration management.
* Business analysis, business modeling, and digital product management.
* Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder facilitation, and influencing.
* Ability to prototype and conduct hands‑on development of tool concepts.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent work experience acceptable).
* Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMP) are a plus but not mandatory.
