**Job Title**
Product Owner Data (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high‑value data products. Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and ensure alignment between business and technical data models, while driving quality, governance, and business value.
**Expectations**
- Minimum BAC+5 (Engineering/University).
- Proven experience as a senior Data Product Owner.
- Strong background in data modeling, SQL, Power BI, and modern data architecture.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable data product requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business data requirements.
2. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products.
3. Write, maintain, and refine data backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria).
4. Facilitate functional and data workshops with stakeholders.
5. Ensure functional coherence and business value of all data products.
6. Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models (Merise, UML, data warehouse).
7. Implement and maintain Business‑Object Models (MOM).
8. Align business and technical data models and keep them up to date.
9. Define and enforce data quality rules, traceability, and governance policies.
10. Contribute to data documentation (catalogues, data dictionaries).
**Required Skills**
- Advanced data modeling: Merise, UML, data warehouse scheming.
- Proficiency in SQL (queries, performance tuning).
- Experience with Power BI (reporting, dashboards).
- Knowledge of Big‑Data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh).
- Expertise in Business‑Object Modeling (MOM).
- Backlog management and agile product ownership.
- Stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership.
- Data governance and quality principles.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- BAC+5 in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrated senior Data Product Owner experience.
- Certifications in Agile Product Ownership, Data Governance, or similar are a plus.
