**Job Title:**
AI Agentic Data Scientist
**Role Summary:**
Helps translate business requirements into advanced AI‑agentic solutions, bridging gaps between domain experts and data science capabilities. Designs, implements, and optimizes high‑impact AI architectures that deliver measurable business value.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end AI agentic projects from concept through production.
- Apply state‑of‑the‑art machine‑learning, deep‑learning, and large‑language‑model techniques.
- Integrate vector‑based retrieval, RAG, and modern framework tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
- Design scalable, microservice‑driven, and distributed systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze business problems and map them to structured data and AI solutions.
- Build prototypes, evaluate models, and refine algorithms for production readiness.
- Develop clean, maintainable Python code and expose models as RESTful microservices.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to ensure seamless deployment.
- Monitor model performance, perform continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and implement robust testing.
- Document technical designs, model card artifacts, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in Python and its data science ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Deep knowledge of advanced ML/DL, LLMs, and vector‑search techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with RAG pipelines and framework tools: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and distributed computing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; evidence of turning complex problems into actionable data strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related field.
- Significant professional experience (typically 3+ years) in AI agentic, data science, or equivalent roles.
- Optional certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Cloud ML, Microsoft Azure AI, AWS ML) are advantageous.
