Job Description: **Job Title** Identity Analyst – Data Access Security **Role Summary** Oversee and enforce data access governance by analyzing large datasets, managing automated review campaigns, monitoring privileged access, and collaborating with stakeholders to minimize risk and ensure compliance. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, accurate access reviews and audit reports. - Maintain Zero‑trust posture for sensitive data and infrastructures. - Continuously improve governance workflows and tool integration. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse access logs to detect irregularities and potential risks. - Design, implement, and manage automated access review and attestation processes across data repositories. - Configure real‑time alerts for risky activities and monitor privileged/sensitive data access. - Identify and remediate access anomalies (over‑privileged users, dormant accounts, external sharing). - Develop and streamline governance workflows to reduce manual effort. - Work with business units to designate data owners and ensure accurate certification completion. - Prioritise protection of sensitive information using data classification insights. - Prepare audit documentation and maintain reporting records. - Integrate governance tools with IAM, compliance, and existing platforms. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of IAM principles and data access governance best practices. - 3+ years in access management, security analysis, or IAM roles. - Experience managing permissions in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and other data repositories. - Proficiency with identity governance tools (SailPoint DAS, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview). - Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to support governance processes. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. - Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, GDPR) and ITSM/ticketing systems (ServiceNow) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or SailPoint Certified Identity Security Engineer are advantageous.
