Job Description
**Job Title** Technology Solutions Engineer **Role Summary** Responsible for developing, evolving, and owning software products in the mechanical manufacturing domain (CAD/CAM, CNC). The role includes product ownership, software development, client support, and project management within a dynamic, agile team. **Expectations** - Acquire deep knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and tools. - Progress from learning phase to product responsibility. - Adapt to roles in development, technical sales, or service based on skill set and interests. - Drive product evolution and contribute to rapid career progression. **Key Responsibilities** - Learn and apply domain expertise in CAD/CAM, CNC, and machining. - Develop, test, and maintain software using VB6, Windows, and Microsoft Visual Studio. - Own product lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, release, and post‑release support. - Manage small to medium projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales and service teams to understand and fulfill client needs. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and agile processes. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC machining concepts. - Strong programming skills in VB6 and familiarity with Windows application development (Visual Studio). - Technical problem‑solving, project management, and client‑oriented communication. - Self‑sufficiency, adaptability, teamwork, and determination. - Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Engineer degree (B.S. or equivalent) – entry‑level accepted. - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering acceptable. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of CAD/CAM and CNC considered essential.
