Required Skills: - Proven experience in IT/Cybersecurity (4–5 years) with at least 2 years in governance, risk analysis, or security project management. - Strong knowledge of risk assessment frameworks (EBIOS RM, ISO 27005). - Experience in security operations: incident response, crisis management, and compliance. - Ability to design and deliver training and awareness programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a mentor‑oriented mindset. - Self‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable using digital collaboration tools. - Fluency in English (additional languages welcome). - Capacity to inspire and motivate learners of varied technical backgrounds. - Independent contractor mindset and ability to manage own schedule. - Comfortable with 100% remote engagement.
