Job Description

**Job Title**: Software Developer **Role Summary**: Develop and maintain customized software solutions for Control Center operations, collaborating in a hybrid team using Agile methodologies. **Expectations**: Requires 5–7 years of technical experience (varied based on education/certifications) and a valid U.S. Driver’s License. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills essential. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design, code, and test software solutions for Transmission Technology Systems. - Implement database access (Entity Framework, ADO.NET) and ETL processes (SSIS, SSRS). - Collaborate on technical design and documentation per project requirements. - Support software deployment and maintenance using .NET, C#, and Microsoft tools. - Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. **Required Skills**: - Proficiency in .NET framework and C#. - Object-oriented design principles and database development (T-SQL). - Experience with ETL workflows (Excel, flat files, SSIS). - Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel). - Valid U.S. Driver’s License. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering. - 5 years’ experience with a degree; 7 years without.
