Job Description

Job Title: MDM Architect Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize enterprise‑wide Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across core domains (customer, product, vendor, reference). Expectations: - Deliver scalable MDM architecture on Informatica MDM, Reltio, or SAP MDG platforms. - Define and enforce data governance policies, data quality frameworks, and compliance with data privacy regulations. - Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish data standards and resolve data quality issues. Key Responsibilities: - Architect data models and master data domains, ensuring integration and consistency. - Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines using modern orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow). - Build and optimize data pipelines for integration across enterprise systems, including big data and cloud platforms. - Implement data quality frameworks and governance procedures. - Provide technical design oversight and architectural guidance to development teams. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Required Skills: - 10+ years in Master Data Management and data integration. - Expert proficiency with Informatica MDM, Reltio, or SAP MDG. - Strong background in data governance, data quality, dimensional/relational modeling. - Hands‑on experience with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend). - Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and automation. - Experience with workflow orchestration (Apache Airflow or similar). - Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Professional certification in an MDM platform (Informatica, Reltio, or SAP MDG).
