**Job title:** Software Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full‑stack web applications that support business workflows and analytics. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions, automate operational tasks, prototype agentic AI workflows, and ensure security, reliability, and observability of production systems.
**Expectations:**
- 1–3 years of professional software development, preferably full‑stack.
- Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end deliverables in small‑team or solo environments.
- Ability to learn quickly, make sound trade‑offs, and deliver maintainable code with minimal oversight.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build modern web UIs, backend APIs, and data persistence layers.
- Create and maintain automation scripts and lightweight services (ETL, data processing, workflow automation).
- Prototype and deploy agentic AI workflows: goal setting, step execution, validation, structured outputs, and human‑in‑the‑loop safety controls.
- Perform code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD integration, documentation, and observability.
- Ensure security best practices (least privilege, secrets management, auditing, data retention).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and align solutions with business goals.
**Required Skills:**
- Full‑stack development (modern UI frameworks + backend APIs + database).
- Strong programming in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Java.
- Experience with automation scripting, ETL, workflow automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud deployment, and monitoring/telemetry.
- Ability to design and implement structured outputs, session state, and validation for AI‑assisted workflows.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
