**Job Title:** Security Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and coordinate cybersecurity and compliance projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on‑time, within‑scope, and within‑budget completion. Manage cross‑functional teams, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets, while maintaining robust documentation and supporting audit readiness.
**Expectations:**
- 2‑4 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
- Experience with Jira; familiarity with Clarizen, quantum computing, cryptographic or tokenization security is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and risk management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end‑to‑end security programs and projects.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, aligning projects with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Define and maintain project charters, schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
- Track and report on financial budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for successful project delivery.
- Support certification management and audit readiness efforts.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security standards, practices, and policies.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management (planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
- Jira (and Clarizen preferred) proficiency.
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Stakeholder communication at all organizational levels.
- Security domain knowledge and familiarity with compliance frameworks.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, SOC 2 Auditor) are a plus.
