**Job Title:** HR Talent Management Intern (6‑month internship) **Role Summary:** Assistant in the Group Talent Management team, supporting strategic talent initiatives across a global organization. Engage with cross‑functional HR and management teams to design career paths, collaborate on early‑career recruitment programs, co‑create communication assets, and monitor talent metrics. **Expectations:** - Work independently and deliver high‑quality outputs within tight deadlines. - Communicate effectively in French and English. - Contribute proactively to evolving HR projects and share insights on talent trends. - Demonstrate strong teamwork in a multicultural environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Structure and document career path frameworks through employee interviews, competency matrices, and career trajectory analysis. - Consolidate, analyze, and present data for talent projects. - Develop an international School Relations kit for Young Talents initiatives. - Co‑pilot campus event logistics: registrations, supports, and event organization. - Co‑facilitate Young Talents events. - Draft and execute an internal HR communication plan, including dynamic presentations and video content. - Track and analyze talent‑management KPIs to improve performance. - Conduct research on emerging talent‑management practices and share findings with the team. - Adapt responsibilities as new HR initiatives emerge. **Required Skills:** - Master’s level study in Human Resources, Communication, or Marketing. - Proficiency in French and English (written and oral). - Strong research, analytical, and data‑synthesis capabilities. - Excellent written communication and storytelling skills. - Proactive, autonomous, results‑oriented mindset. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural setting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a Master’s program (HR, Communication, Marketing, or related field). - No specific certifications required. ---
