Job Description
**Job Title** Field Sales Developer **Role Summary** Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to grow market share and revenue within Northern Ireland. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, nurture client relationships, and sell equipment, rentals, and service solutions. Operate autonomously while reporting to an Area Sales Manager. **Expectations** - Achieve aggressive new‑business targets and earn uncapped commission. - Transition from a sales development role to a standalone Area Sales position. - Maintain a disciplined sales diary and accurate reporting. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and secure new business across designated postcode areas. - Visit clients, present product offerings, and close deals for equipment, rentals, and services. - Generate and sustain a pipeline; manage territory coverage and CRM entries. - Coordinate with Area Sales Manager and collaborate with internal teams. - Exercise flexibility to work remotely when not in the field. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience (any sector). - Strong verbal communication, confident telephone presence. - Self‑motivated, resilient, organizational aptitude, and competitive drive. - Clean driving licence and valid UK insurance. - Bonus: experience selling technical, capital or material‑handling products. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a secondary education or equivalent; higher qualifications preferred. - No specific sales certifications required; however, technical or industry knowledge is advantageous.
