Job Description
**Job Title:** Data & Business Intelligence Analyst **Role Summary:** Analyze and integrate data to deliver actionable insights via dashboards and reports, driving business process improvements and supporting cross-departmental decision-making. **Expectations:** Requires technical expertise in database management, data integration, and BI tools. Must collaborate effectively across departments, translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and automate workflows to enhance data efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and maintain scalable databases (SQL Server, Microsoft Access). - Develop automated data pipelines using APIs and Power Automate; clean/normalize datasets. - Create dynamic BI dashboards and KPI reports (Power BI, TIC, Advanced Excel). - Automate data collection via Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Adobe Forms, integrating with SQL/Power BI. - Troubleshoot data/system performance issues and optimize reporting accuracy. - Coordinate with vendors/consultants for system implementations and automate processes with scripting (preferred). - Translate technical workflows into end-user-friendly documentation and training. **Required Skills:** - Database management (SQL Server: relationships, indexing, backend operations). - Data integration and automation (APIs, Power Automate, data cleaning). - BI software proficiency (Power BI: dashboards, KPIs; TIC; Excel: PivotTables, macros). - Data collection tools (Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, Adobe Forms). - Problem-solving for process improvement and data system optimization. - Cross-departmental collaboration and clear communication of technical solutions. - Compliance with data security standards for sensitive datasets. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field. - Certifications in Power BI, SQL, or data management preferred (not mandatory).
