Job Description
Job title: Web & CX Tools Development Intern (Summer 2026) Role Summary: Partner with engineering, operations, and CX teams to design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and APIs that support manufacturing, fulfillment, and customer support workflows. Expectations: • Internship runs May‑August 2026, onsite 4+ days per week. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Planning, Stand‑up, Retrospective). • Deliver clean, documented code and contribute to testing, debugging, and documentation processes. • Collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate progress clearly. Key Responsibilities: • Build and enhance PHP and JavaScript web applications for internal use. • Develop and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs connecting WMS, ERP, MES, and CX tools. • Implement serverless functions (Azure Functions) to automate internal processes. • Collaborate with product, operations, and CX to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Maintain technical documentation, support testing and troubleshooting of production systems. • Contribute to Agile backlog management using Jira/Trello. Required Skills: • Experience or coursework in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue). • Understanding of APIs, cloud services, and database design. • Problem‑solving mindset; initiative to learn new tools. • Good written and verbal communication; teamwork orientation. Required Education & Certifications: • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • Knowledge of Azure Functions, Node.js, or GraphQL is a plus.
