**Job Title** Technology Support Specialist (Systems Admin) **Role Summary** Provide Tier‑1 technical support for PC and Mac users in an on‑site environment. Resolve hardware, software, and network issues, manage Active Directory, SCCM, and JAMF, and maintain inventory and documentation to ensure reliable technology operations. **Expectations** - Respond to user incidents with professionalism and efficient problem resolution. - Maintain accurate ticket logs and prioritize queue to meet SLA requirements. - Deliver clear written and verbal communication to users of all technical levels. - Keep inventory and asset records current; execute imaging, warranty, and shipping procedures. - Collaborate with teammates and escalate complex issues through appropriate channels. **Key Responsibilities** - Troubleshoot connectivity, peripheral, hardware, and software break‑fix scenarios. - Perform password resets, MFA configuration, and basic Active Directory tasks. - Use ServiceNow to create, update, assign, and close tickets; filter and sort queues. - Triage to appropriate teams via ServiceNow, Slack, or phone. - Scan and inventory hardware, arrange warranty repairs, image new machines, and maintain stock rooms. - Manage shipping/receiving of equipment for new hires and replacements. - Document procedures and update knowledge base content. **Required Skills** - Basic PC and Mac troubleshooting knowledge. - Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, and JAMF admin tools. - Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems. - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to de‑escalate high‑stress situations. - Detail‑oriented, organized handling of inventory and documentation. - Team‑player mindset and collaborative approach. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred.

Integrate AI agentic frameworks with the Vibe coding paradigm across all product development lifecycle (PDLC) phases. Lead technical direction for the ATONIS Center of Excellence (CoE), establish AI governance, and optimize platform performance within Kubernetes and network environments. **Expectations** - Demonstrated end‑to‑end AI architecture design in product development. - Strong knowledge of Vibe coding, PDLC, and DevOps practices. - Proven experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and network infrastructure. - Ability to create AI governance frameworks and enforce security policies. - Leadership in a technical CoE setting, driving best practices and adoption. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions across requirements, design, coding, and testing. - Implement Vibe coding frameworks and integrate them with AI agentic models. - Integrate AI frameworks with PDLC tooling (Jira, DevOps, ServiceNow). - Configure and optimize the ATONIS platform on Kubernetes and networking layers. - Develop integration patterns with existing enterprise tools and services. - Lead the ATONIS Center of Excellence, setting standards and facilitating knowledge sharing. - Establish AI governance framework, security policies, and compliance guidelines. **Required Skills** - Microservices architecture (REST, gRPC, GraphQL). - Full‑stack development (frontend/backend, APIs). - Kubernetes cluster design, deployment, and monitoring. - Network infrastructure design (load balancers, VPN, firewalls). - Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, agentic frameworks, and data pipelines. - Vibe coding framework proficiency. - DevOps expertise (CI/CD, GitOps, containerization). - Experience with Jira, DevOps tooling, and ServiceNow integration. - AI governance, data privacy, and security policy development. - Excellent communication and technical leadership. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.
