Job Description
Job title: Information Security Manager Role Summary: Independently design, implement, and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to align with ISO 27001, ensuring that security is a trusted lever for clients and partners. Manage risk, project security integration, incident response, resilience planning, and foster a pervasive security culture while reporting to senior leadership. Expectations: * Deliver a robust, compliant ISMS that supports business objectives. * Drive continuous improvement of security practices across projects and operations. * Act as the primary incident and resilience point of contact. * Provide clear, actionable security metrics and council to executive management. Key Responsibilities: * Govern the ISMS lifecycle – maintain policies, procedures, and controls in line with ISO 27001. * Tailor the security strategy to evolving business risks and regulatory requirements. * Conduct threat and risk analysis using EBIOS (or equivalent) and lead remediation plans. * Embed security requirements in the earliest stages of IT projects. * Coordinate with the group IT (DSI) to align technical safeguards with operational needs. * Serve as the primary responder for security incidents – detection, analysis, remediation. * Develop, test, and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans (PCA/PRA). * Lead security awareness training for all staff and facilitate quarterly reviews with external RSSI. * Generate and present key security metrics to senior management. Required Skills: * Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 implementation, auditing, and continuous improvement. * Proven ability in risk assessment and treatment (EBIOS or equivalent). * Incident response and resilience planning expertise. * Strong project integration skills – secure design of IT solutions. * Excellent oral and written communication in English (document drafting). * Leadership, autonomy, and stakeholder‑management capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or equivalent (Bac+3/5). * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment. * ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor certification highly preferred. * Fluency in English (written).
