Drive data governance, analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, insight-driven HR solutions. Expectations: Oversee end-to-end HRIS system lifecycle, align technology strategy with HR/business priorities, own data governance practices, lead large-scale system implementations, and provide actionable workforce analytics to executives.
