Job Title: Director HR Technology and Data Analytics
Role Summary: Lead strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of HR technology systems (HRIS/Data Analytics) aligned with enterprise objectives and workforce needs. Drive data governance, analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, insight-driven HR solutions.
Expectations: Oversee end-to-end HRIS system lifecycle, align technology strategy with HR/business priorities, own data governance practices, lead large-scale system implementations, and provide actionable workforce analytics to executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide HRIS strategy, including system selection, architecture, and roadmap.
- Manage full-lifecycle HRIS implementation (configuration, integration, data migration, change management).
- Establish data governance frameworks, enforce data quality standards, and resolve systemic data issues.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
- Design advanced analytics, dashboards, and reports for workforce planning, performance, compensation, and attrition.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives, including training, adoption strategies, and communication plans.
- Automate workflows, reduce manual processes, and optimize system performance across HR, payroll, talent, and finance.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Dayforce), system configuration, integrations, and data modeling.
- Advanced analytics capabilities: multi-variable workforce analysis, dashboard design, data visualization storytelling.
- Project management experience (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) for complex, cross-functional implementations.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, global data governance, data privacy regulations, and system lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership to manage HRIS teams, negotiate with vendors, and influence executives.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into strategic insights for C-suite and stakeholders.
Required Education & Certifications:
- 15+ years progressive HRIS/data analytics experience, including leadership of large-scale HRIS implementation (end-to-end).
- Demonstrated expertise in HR technology governance, data analytics, and enterprise system adoption.
- Advanced knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance).
