**Role Summary**
Lead and scale the marketing function for a growing safety training organization. Orchestrate end‑to‑end growth initiatives, driving brand visibility, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Manage cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable business results.

- Own the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
- Build and maintain a scalable CRM and marketing automation stack.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and optimize growth & demand‑generation campaigns across digital channels (SEM, display, social, email, paid media).
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer lifetime value.
- Oversee CRM strategy, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and automation to improve conversion and retention.
- Shape brand positioning, content strategy, and digital presence.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance, generate actionable insights, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to align initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
**Required Skills**
- 6–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record of running successful multi‑channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in campaign analytics, attribution, and data interpretation.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing automation.
- Strategic mindset with an execution‑oriented, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, CRM, or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) preferred.
