**Job Title:** Salesforce Technical Admin **Role Summary:** Own and evolve the global Salesforce platform for a rapidly scaling SaaS firm. Drive platform stability, data integrity, and automation across five geographies, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to enable efficient revenue operations and achieve predictable ARR growth. **Expactations:** - **Month 1–3:** Audit existing infrastructure, data model, and workflows; design an optimized configuration roadmap and initiate implementation. - **Month 4–6:** Deliver a cohesive “Single Source of Truth” with streamlined processes, meeting key GTM team needs. - **Month 7–9:** Achieve broad user adoption and internal endorsement of Salesforce as the primary operational system. **Key Responsibilities:** - System administration (30 %) – maintain platform, configure roles and permissions, implement updates, and ensure best‑practice security. - Data management & integrity (30 %) – enforce governance policies, conduct audits, build automated cleanses and deduplication routines. - Integration & automation (30 %) – design & deploy integrations with other business apps, create & refine Lightning Flow workflows, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues. - User support & training (10 %) – provide technical assistance, create documentation, and conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B SaaS environment. - Expert knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem: Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, testing procedures. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail orientation. - Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders and manage support tickets. - Excellent communication skills in professional English; native or fluent French preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) mandatory. - Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
