Job Description: **Job Title** ServiceNow Solutions Architect **Role Summary** Lead the design, implementation, and governed adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) across the enterprise. Drive scalable, service-centric architectures that align platform teams with out‑of‑box ServiceNow standards and deliver cross‑module value across CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, SPM/APM, and SACM. **Expectations** - Deliver enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions that integrate CSDM with portfolio and application data. - Champion configuration‑over‑customization and establish best‑practice governance. - Mentor delivery teams and act as Design Authority for ServiceNow architecture. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and maintain the enterprise CSDM blueprint and service‑modeling guidance. - Lead service mapping strategy, aligning application services and technical CIs to CSDM. - Integrate SPM and APM data models with CSDM to enable enterprise portfolio insights. - Establish data ownership, governance, quality controls, and validation gates. - Architect CMDB/CSDM data integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub) ensuring compliance with standards. - Create architecture artifacts, conduct design reviews, and coach delivery teams. **Required Skills** - Enterprise architecture or platform engineering experience (10+ years). - Proven implementation of CSDM and CMDB at scale (5+ years). - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM/APM, SACM. - Expertise in Service Mapping, Discovery, CI class modeling, and data‑quality automation. - Strong integration skills (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub) and data‑modeling experience. - Governance process design and data‑quality control. - Technical leadership, mentoring, and Design Authority capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/Discovery, SPM/APM. - Certified Application Developer (CAD). - ITIL v4 Foundation.
