Job title: Sr. Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Lead and architect end‑to‑end Salesforce CRM solutions, delivering robust Lightning Web Components, Apex logic, Flows, Experience Cloud sites, and integrations while maintaining code quality, security, and performance. Drive continuous delivery through CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑available, scalable deployments. Expectations: 7–10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development with advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows. Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security framework, governor limits, and Experience Cloud. Minimum 5 years of experience in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Strong background in object‑oriented design patterns and development in enterprise environments. Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or equivalent) for sprint planning, release management, and version control. **Job title** Junior/Intermediate Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator **Role Summary** Provide contract administration and project coordination support for architectural projects across Alberta, managing construction documents, permits, submittals, tenders, site visits, change orders, RFIs/RFPs, and drawing reviews in Revit. Liaise with contractors, subconsultants, project teams, and municipal authorities to ensure project compliance and progress. **Expectations** - Produce and review construction documentation and permitting work. - Coordinate site visits and onsite contract reporting. - Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders. - Support the development of BIM drawing packages. - Grow professionally within a high‑profile architecture practice. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
