Job Description
Job Title: SAP Manufacturing Support Associate Role Summary: Provide day‑to‑day SAP support for manufacturing operations, ensuring data accuracy, resolving basic system issues, and collaborating with production, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth production flow. Expectations: - Deliver timely support for SAP transactions related to production, materials, and maintenance. - Maintain data integrity and master data updates. - Escalate complex issues to senior staff and participate in testing, documentation, and change control activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support daily SAP transactions (PP, MM, PM, QM) used in manufacturing. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP operational issues. 3. Update and maintain master data to support accurate reporting. 4. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply‑chain teams to identify and correct system discrepancies. 5. Participate in system testing, documentation, and change‑control procedures. 6. Escalate complex problems to senior support team members. Required Skills: - Familiarity with SAP ERP modules (PP, MM, PM, QM) or equivalent manufacturing systems. - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP concepts. - Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business, information systems, manufacturing, or related field. - 0–3 years of SAP or ERP experience; internship experience accepted. ---
