Job Description: Job Title: Commercial Manager (H/F) Role Summary: Drive revenue growth across assigned geographic markets and customer segments for a luxury hotel group, aligning sales initiatives with corporate strategy and marketing plans. Expectations: Deliver measurable sales targets, build and retain a high‑value portfolio, and proactively engage key travel partners and event planners. Report performance trends, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence in contract execution. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for designated markets and segments. • Grow and manage a portfolio of clients and prescribers, focusing on agencies, international networks, and strategic accounts. • Prospect new clients and negotiate multi‑site annual agreements. • Coordinate contract fulfillment with Reservations and Distribution teams. • Represent the group to key prescribers, monitoring satisfaction and upselling opportunities. • Organize targeted events and host VIP clients personally. • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance B2B visibility (newsletters, targeted activations). • Analyze sales performance, adjust actions based on market trends, and provide regular reports to the Commercial Director. • Manage travel expenses and maintain accurate client files. Required Skills: • Strong negotiation and service‑oriented mindset. • Autonomous, results‑driven, and proactive. • Excellent communication in French and English; additional language a plus. • Proficiency with Pack Office, Synxis CRS, Cvent, Lighthouse, and mailing tools. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum Bac+3 (Bachelor’s degree) in hospitality, business, or related field. • At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial role within 4‑5‑star hotel environment, with deep knowledge of the Parisian luxury market.
