**Job Title**
Intern – HR Assistant (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Support the Human Resources team in administrative personnel functions, payroll preparation, contractor and apprenticeship administration, recruitment, and internal communications. Act as a liaison between employees, HR, management, and external partners while ensuring compliance with employment law and data protection regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Personnel Administration** – Build and update employee dossiers, draft contracts, addenda, and other documents, manage leave/absence records, and keep HR data current in the SIRH.
2. **Payroll Support** – Prepare variable payroll elements (bonuses, absences, overtime) and generate employee certificates (employment, remote work).
3. **Contractor / Intern Management** – Create contracts for tutors, supervisors, student employees, and interns; collect and file administrative paperwork; coordinate with accounting.
4. **Apprenticeship Management** – Prepare apprenticeship/ professionalisation contracts, handle OPCO procedures, submit mandatory declarations (DPAE, health insurance), organize induction and school contacts, and track contract milestones.
5. **Recruitment** – Gather hiring requirements, rewrite and distribute job adverts, screen applications, conduct phone qualifications, schedule interviews, and follow up with hiring managers.
6. **Internal Communication & Projects** – Update intranet, newsletters, signage; support HR events (well‑being, integration, team‑building) and suggest improvements to workplace communication.
**Required Skills**
- Solid understanding of French labour law and HR practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with HRIS (training provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French; English proficiency desirable.
- High attention to detail, organisational rigor, and discretion with confidential data.
- Collaborative, self‑motivated, and capable of prioritising multiple tasks.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor or Master program in Human Resources, Industrial Law, or Management.
- No prior professional certification required, though knowledge of HR certifications (e.g., MHRO, SHRM‑CP) is a plus.
