**Job Title:** Project Engineer – Strategy & Transformation
**Role Summary:**
Acts as the right‑hand to the Executive Committee, providing strategic support and leading high‑impact, cross‑functional projects that drive transformation, innovation, and growth. Serves as the primary liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic roadmap and performance objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality strategic analyses, syntheses, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage complex projects end‑to‑end, maintaining schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
- Continuously improve internal processes and governance tools.
- Communicate effectively in English and French with internal teams, clients, and at external events.
- Uphold confidentiality, rigor, autonomy, and proactive problem‑solving.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare executive committee meetings, briefing notes, and strategic dashboards.
- Track key performance indicators and monitor implementation of action plans.
- Define, plan, and execute transversal projects (e.g., digital transformation, M&A integration, growth initiatives).
- Coordinate internal and external parties, produce status reports, and manage project risks.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement governance frameworks and reporting tools.
- Develop and deliver internal and external presentations; represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (fluent) and French.
- Proven project‑management competence (risk, schedule, stakeholder management).
- High level of organizational skill, discretion, and autonomy.
- Ability to work in an international, fast‑growing environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Engineering degree (minimum Bachelor’s level).
- Additional graduate‑level business qualification (e.g., MBA, specialized master’s).
- 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, or program direction.
