Job title: Staff, Software Engineer (Full Stack) Role Summary: Lead design, development, and maintenance of high‑impact full‑stack applications that improve at‑home clinical care. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and stakeholder teams to deliver scalable, production‑grade solutions. Expectations: * Deliver end‑to‑end features for hospital and patient workflows within the stipulated timelines. * Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges. * Prototype rapidly while ensuring a clear path to production‑ready systems. * Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences. * Demonstrate ownership and independent problem‑solving across the stack. Key Responsibilities: * Build and ship production‑ready APIs (Python/Flask) and front‑end interfaces (React/TypeScript). * Design relational database schemas and write optimized SQL for PostgreSQL/MySQL. * Implement GraphQL APIs using Apollo. * Architect scalable infrastructure on AWS and GCP, including CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring. * Collaborate with data engineering (Airflow) on data pipelines and batch processing. * Mentor junior engineers and guide technical design reviews. * Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
