Job Description
**Job title** Customer Success Manager – Project Lead **Role Summary** Own end‑to‑end client success for market‑insight projects: design engaging questionnaires, program them on the platform, monitor study progress, optimize acquisition costs, guide clients on platform use, deliver results, and maintain robust client relationships. **Expectations** - Deliver projects within strict deadlines. - Communicate proactively with clients and cross‑functional teams. - Apply an analytical, data‑driven mindset. - Exhibit initiative, organization, and assertiveness. - Fluency in French; strong English communication preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with clients to design and refine engaging survey questionnaires. - Program and configure surveys in the Episto platform. - Track study implementation, KPI progress, and milestone attainment. - Identify opportunities to reduce cost per acquisition and improve turnaround time. - Onboard and support clients on platform usage, addressing questions and troubleshooting. - Manage the client lifecycle from study launch to delivery of insights. - Coordinate with Ops and Traffic teams to resolve issues and enhance delivery processes. - Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and risk logs. - Spot upsell or renewal prospects and communicate them to senior management. **Required Skills** - Project management and stakeholder communication. - Analytical and data‑driven decision making. - Excellent written and spoken French; strong English communication preferred. - Experience in market research, survey design, or customer success roles. - Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with survey/analytics tools a plus. - Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, deadline oriented. - Assertive, collaborative, high interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Customer Success Manager (CSM) are a plus.
