Expactations: - Minimum 10+ years IT experience, specifically as a Technical Analyst in healthcare insurance. - Deep familiarity with insurance data domains: Claims, Member, Provider, Enrollment, Billing/Finance. - Proven experience with data catalog tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica EDC, AWS Glue Data Catalog, etc.). - Hands‑on knowledge of cloud data platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong foundation in data governance, metadata management, and data lineage concepts. - SQL proficiency and basic data analysis skills preferred. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical metadata and catalog structures. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner with business and data teams to capture healthcare insurance data requirements. 2. Translate business definitions, rules, and processes into technical metadata and catalog entries. 3. Build, update, and maintain catalog assets: business glossary, datasets, lineage, classifications, tags. 4.
