**Job Title:** Office Administrative Assistant **Role Summary:** Provide high‑level administrative support across Estimating, Operations, and Service departments. Coordinate daily client interactions, manage job processing, quotations, and document flow to ensure accurate, timely service and high customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver detailed and accurate support to client and internal teams. - Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company data. - Work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative team member. - Exhibit a proactive, customer‑focused attitude under challenging situations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with Estimating, Operations, and Service departments to gather and disseminate information. - Handle daily customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and quick issue resolution. - Process job order entries and document workflows. - Generate quotations and related documentation. - Maintain orderly filing and electronic document systems. **Required Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Fast, accurate typing and data‑entry skills. - Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. - Multitasking capability and ability to prioritize tasks. - Team‑player mindset with strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to act independently and manage time effectively. - Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - No additional certifications required.
