Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications using Node.js, Express, React/Next.js, and modern front‑end libraries. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable solutions, refactor legacy code, and integrate APIs.
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express, React/Next.js, and Material‑UI.
- Hands‑on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools (Sequelize, etc.).
- Familiarity with automated task runners (Grunt, Gulp).
- Strong commitment to code quality: test‑driven development, unit & integration testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand‑ups.
- Analyze functional requirements, propose architectural and technology solutions.
- Develop new features and refactor legacy systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Write clean, modular, and well‑tested code following best practices.
- Design and consume REST, GraphQL, or SOAP APIs.
- Manage source control using Git; perform code reviews and merge requests.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps for testing, deployment, and release management.
Required Skills:
- Backend: Node.js, Express, API design, asynchronous programming.
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JSX, CSS/SCSS, Material‑UI.
- Databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), ORMs (Sequelize).
- Build tools: Grunt, Gulp, Webpack, Babel.
- Testing: Jest, Enzyme, Mocha/Chai, or similar frameworks.
- Source control: Git (branching, rebasing, pull requests).
- Agile methodologies, sprint-based delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork orientation.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, React Nanodegree) are a plus.
