**Job Title:** Senior Social Media Manager (16‑month term)
**Role Summary:** Lead global social media strategy for a large B2B technology brand, creating high‑impact, social‑first content, managing schedules, analyzing performance, driving audience growth, and coordinating cross‑department brand consistency.
**Expectations:** • 6+ years of proven social media management and content creation for global B2B brands. • Digital native with deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and related tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Canva). • Strong creative production background, experienced in briefing and collaborating with creative agencies/on‑set work. • Analytical mindset to define KPIs, interpret data, and translate insights into strategy. • Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, changing environments and manage multi‑country priorities. • Passion for social impact and the company’s purpose.
**Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and execute a global social media strategy targeting key markets, aligning with brand narrative and pipeline creation goals. 2. Produce and deliver high‑quality, engaging text, image, and video content across all platforms. 3. Build, maintain, and optimise the company’s social media calendar, coordinating with stakeholders. 4. Monitor, report, and analyse social metrics to assess campaign performance, uncover opportunities, and refine tactics. 5. Foster audience engagement through proactive interaction, community building, and advocacy programs (employees, executives, stakeholders). 6. Work with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, visual standards, and cross‑channel integration. 7. Lead social advocacy initiatives, building internal and external campaigns that amplify impact.
