Job Title: Senior Director, Project Management
Role Summary:
Lead enterprise‑wide project management strategy, governance, and execution. Partner with senior leadership to design and implement frameworks, tools, and processes that drive alignment, risk mitigation, and accelerated delivery of high‑impact initiatives across the organization.
Expectations:
- Ensure program and project delivery meets scope, schedule, budget, and benefit criteria.
- Maintain rigorous PMO standards while promoting agility and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, senior leaders, and functional departments.
- Deliver transparent, data‑driven reporting and analytics to support decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and roll out firm‑wide PM methodologies, frameworks, and toolsets.
- Prioritize and approve high‑impact initiatives, aligning them with strategic goals.
- Create governance mechanisms for risk, budgeting, approvals, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with department leads to develop annual SOPs that outline deliverables and reporting protocols.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and execute mitigation plans.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of process automation, data analytics, and industry best practices.
- Provide executive‑level reporting on project portfolio value, financial impact, and operational KPIs.
Required Skills:
- Proven leadership and stakeholder influence across all organizational levels.
- Strong communication, change management, and facilitation skills.
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, portfolio planning, and budgeting.
- Analytical and financial acumen for evaluating project performance.
- Familiarity with agile and traditional PM methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile/Scrum credentials.
- Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience, including 5 + years in a leadership role.
