Job Description
**Job Title** Entry‑Level Validation Engineer (W2) **Role Summary** Assist in the end‑to‑end validation of automation and process systems within a regulated life‑sciences environment. Execute and document C&Q activities, support change control, and aid in audit readiness while learning cGMP and regulatory best practices. **Expectations** - 0–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent academic exposure. - Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance. - Proactive collaboration with engineering, QA, manufacturing, and automation teams. - Willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing setting. **Key Responsibilities** - Participate in URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ lifecycle activities for automation/process systems. - Prepare, review, and maintain validation protocols, test scripts, and final reports. - Collect data, document deviations, and assist in deviation analysis. - Update and maintain validation records in electronic systems (Kneat, GVault, Veeva, etc.). - Support change control documentation and impact assessments for validated assets. - Provide documentation and support during internal audits and regulatory inspections. - Follow SOPs, validation plans, and C&Q strategies to ensure compliance. **Required Skills** - Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and regulated environment expectations. - Familiarity with DeltaV, MES, or similar automation/control platforms. - Proficient in validation documentation tools (Kneat, GVault, Veeva). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain traceability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline. - No specific certifications required, though familiarity with validation tools and regulated processes is preferred.
