Job Title: Head of Data - Marketing F/H
Job Description: Job title: Head of Data – Marketing Role Summary: Lead the enterprise-wide data strategy for a fintech, managing a team of data analysts, overseeing data governance, analytics, and engineering, and driving data‑enabled decision making across Product, Commercial, and Marketing functions. Expectations: Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer; collaborate with European branch data teams; maintain a data‑driven culture; stay current with industry trends, especially marketing analytics (MMM, incrementality). Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals. - Manage and coach a team of 4+ data analysts. - Lead data architecture design and oversee data delivery to Product, Commercial, and Marketing units. - Promote data‑driven decision making throughout the organization. - Partner with centralized data teams to meet European branch needs. - Define KPIs, analytical priorities, and reporting frameworks with senior leadership. - Identify data monetisation opportunities and generate actionable business insights. - Keep abreast of emerging data, analytics, and marketing technology trends. Required Skills: - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. - Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, product analytics, and marketing analytics (MMM, incrementality). - Ability to translate complex insights into concrete business strategies. - Proficiency in English (C1 level). - Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum 5‑year university degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Certifications not required, but relevant data/analytics credentials are advantageous.
