Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Expert – Cybersecurity **Role Summary:** Lead and accelerate end‑to‑end sales of cybersecurity hardware and software solutions, driving transactional revenue and supporting the firm’s managed services and project offerings. Directly report to the executive management team and maintain strategic partnerships with leading vendors and distributors. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable growth in sales revenue for both transactional and project‑based cybersecurity solutions. - Build and sustain a robust pipeline of prospects, converting opportunities into closed deals. - Govern and deepen partner relationships with key vendors and distributors to secure favorable terms, joint marketing support, and access to new product lines. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Commercial Development** - Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. - Generate revenue through: - Transactional sales (e.g., firewalls, software licenses, endpoint protection). - Project‑based deals supporting firm packages such as Managed SOC, Incident Response, and Access Control services. - Forecast, track, and report on sales metrics to executive leadership. 2. **Partner Relationship Management** - Identify and cultivate relationships with software, hardware, and distribution partners (Fortinet, Palo Alto, CyberArk, Microsoft, SentinelOne, etc.). - Negotiate pricing, volume incentives, and co‑marketing initiatives. - Coordinate joint go‑to‑market activities to drive co‑sell opportunities. 3. **Market Intelligence & Strategy** - Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to refine sales strategy. - Attend vendor briefings and industry events to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge. 4. **Collaboration & Enablement** - Work cross‑functionally with technical teams to tailor solutions to client requirements. - Provide feedback to product and marketing for roadmap and positioning refinement. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions to private‑sector enterprises. - Strong commercial energy, self‑stimulation, and ability to manage the sales pipeline independently. - Deep knowledge of cybersecurity product families (firewalls, IAM, EDR, SOAR). - Extensive network with vendors, distributors, and integrators (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, SolarWinds, Okta). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in French and English. - Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, vendor‑specific credentials). ---
