**Job Title:** Growth Manager – 12 Month FTC
**Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end growth strategy for a B2B product, combining sales‑led demand generation, product‑led growth (self‑serve), and brand marketing. Own performance marketing, analytics, HubSpot automation, SEO, and content to accelerate pipeline and customer activation.
**Expactations:** Deliver measurable growth impact within a fast‑moving startup environment. Own multiple channels, experiment with testing roadmaps, and drive optimization of budgets and funnels. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, sales, and external PR to shape market positioning and brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and optimise sales‑led demand generation for high‑quality pipeline.
- Design product‑led growth journeys (onboarding, activation, nurture) and run experiments.
- Own performance marketing across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing; manage testing roadmap and budget allocation.
- Lead HubSpot end‑to‑end: automation, workflows, scoring, attribution, dashboards, reporting.
- Analyse PLG and sales funnels, track performance metrics, and report insights.
- Develop and execute organic social strategy, create simple creatives (Canva, AI tools).
- Own brand and content marketing: case studies, landing pages, blogs, campaign messaging.
- Coordinate external PR coverage and thought‑leadership activities.
- Optimize website via A/B testing, landing page creation, and conversion rate improvements.
- Develop and implement SEO strategy (keyword research, on‑page optimisation).
**Required Skills:**
- 4+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, performance or growth marketing.
- Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting, attribution).
- Strong knowledge of CRO, web optimisation, funnel analytics, and SEO.
- Experience driving product‑led growth and sales‑led demand initiatives.
- Ability to run organic social and content for a B2B brand.
- Basic design skills for ad and social creatives.
- Highly analytical, data‑driven, comfortable owning KPI metrics.
- Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; HubSpot Marketing or Sales Software certifications preferred.
