Job Description
Job Title: Scrum Master Role Summary: Lead Agile teams in Niort to deliver high‑value software, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile practices. Expactations: Deliver clear facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, maintain team velocity, promote continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Remove blockers and protect the team from external disruptions. • Coach developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices. • Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming, prioritisation, and refinement. • Track and report performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to optimise processes. • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement. • Promote a positive, motivating work environment that maximises engagement. • Support scaling Agile across the organization where required (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). Required Skills: • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Miro. • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities. • Problem‑solving skills and a track record of removing impediments. • Experience in Agile environments and understanding of Agile values and principles.
