Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer & Support Specialist
Role Summary:
Provide hands‑on support for enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cloud services. Ensure reliability, performance, and security across all technology platforms while collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements.
Expectations:
- Deliver day‑to‑day server, network, and end‑user support in a dynamic environment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and cloud‑related issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and configuration management.
- Apply proactive monitoring and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Server environments (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy, remote administration).
- Manage Windows 10/11 client operating systems and Microsoft 365 Suite deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and cloud‑based issues for end users.
- Implement and maintain network switching infrastructure, monitor performance, and apply security measures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess needs, propose solutions, and drive infrastructure upgrades.
- Document procedures, system configurations, and change logs to support knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
- Strong experience with Windows client OS (10/11) and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Proficient in network switching fundamentals and basic routing concepts.
- Troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, networking, and cloud environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work autonomously and perform under pressure.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience.
- Microsoft Server Certification (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) covering installation, Active Directory, and security.
