Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end software solutions across the full stack, delivering production‑ready features at high velocity. Elevate code quality, establish engineering best practices, and influence technical direction to support rapid company scaling. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code with rapid iteration. - Exhibit strong ownership and accountability for shipped features. - Communicate clearly with teammates and incorporate feedback. - Demonstrate customer‑centric mindset and empathy for non‑technical users. - Embrace risk‑taking, learn from failures, and continuously improve. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement full‑stack components using React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, and related technologies. - Build, test, and deploy services leveraging Node.js, PostgreSQL, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Spacelift). - Design and maintain data processing and storage systems in cloud environments. - Define and enforce coding standards, code review practices, and engineering patterns. - Collaborate with product, design, and field teams; engage directly with customers to gather feedback and validate solutions. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a world‑class engineering culture. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one of: C++, Python, Rust. - Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React, React Native). - Strong understanding of backend development, APIs, and database systems (PostgreSQL). - Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure and IaC tools (Terraform, Spacelift). - Familiarity with CI/CD, build tooling, and version control (GitHub Actions). - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to iterate quickly with feedback. - Startup‑style engineering mindset with high adaptability and problem‑solving ability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required.
