**Job Title:** Mainframe Developer Analyst – Access Authorizations (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Join a security‑focused team responsible for logical access controls, authentication systems, and compliance with standards such as PCI‑DSS and ISO‑27001. Work on a critical, high‑availability mainframe application, participating in all project phases from requirements definition to delivery, while coordinating with global security administrators, the CISO, and technical teams.
**Expactations:**
- Proven experience in mainframe development (z/OS, COBOL, DB2, JCL).
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, autonomous, and initiative‑driven attitude.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and customer‑service mindset.
- Fluency in French; working knowledge of English and modern web technologies (C#, ASP.NET, HTML) is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and scope security‑related functional and technical requirements.
- Assess risks, establish project milestones, and design optimal delivery methods.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate resources across locations, drive project execution, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security administrators, the CISO, and Euro‑Information technical teams to ensure solution integrity and compliance.
**Required Skills:**
- Mainframe development: z/OS, COBOL, DB2, JCL.
- Understanding of security concepts (access authorizations, authentication).
- Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, HTML (advantageous).
- Project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., COBOL, DB2, ITIL, ISO‑27001) are advantageous but not mandatory.
