**Job Title:** AEM AEM Assets Cloud Platform Operator
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for the operational management, monitoring, and support of the Adobe AEM Assets Cloud platform (including Cloud Manager and Adobe Admin Console), ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance while enabling end‑user users and maintaining the platform’s integration with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront and other enterprise systems.
**Expectations:**
Maintain high platform uptime and performance (SLA SL‑1). Reduce recurring incident volume through automation and proactive monitoring. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements. Support end‑user adoption and satisfaction through timely issue resolution and clear documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Operate and maintain daily daily AEM Assets Cloud environments (author, preview, production) and Cloud Manager CI‑CD pipelines.
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and asset processing (rendering, Sense‑i metadata) and respond to incidents and root‑cause analysis.
• Enforce platform governance, role‑based access controls, and security policies via IMS and audit audit logs.
• Develop and implement automation scripts, orchestration, and workflow optimizations to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and support integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and other marketing/enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation to content authors, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cloud service providers, SRE/DevOps teams, and Adobe product groups for escalation handling and continuous improvement.
**Required Skills:**
*Technical:*
Hands‑on experience with AEM Assets Cloud Service, Cloud Manager, Adobe Admin Console.
Understanding of cloud‑native architecture, autoscaling, distributed systems, and monitoring/alerting tools.
Knowledge of DAM concepts (metadata, taxonomy, governance) and Adobe Sensei automation.
Ability to read logs, troubleshoot performance issues, and design automation (scripts, orchestration).

Strong communication, cross‑team collaboration, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments, apply proactive problem‑solving, and manage stakeholder expectations.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe AEM Administrator, Cloud Services, or other industry‑recognized credentials) preferred but not required.
