Job Title: Business Continuity Platform Administrator
Role Summary:
Administer and sustain the enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) platform, ensuring secure user access, high availability, and continuous improvement of platform functionality to support organizational resilience.
Expectations:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for all BCM platform users and process owners.
- Deliver timely, effective user support and training to encourage platform adoption.
- Maintain platform integrity through continuous monitoring, permission audits, and problem escalation.
- Contribute to BCM projects and reporting functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access requests to uphold security and compliance.
• Provide first‑line support—triage, troubleshoot, and document incidents, escalating to specialized teams when appropriate.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries via designated communication channels, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop, update, and disseminate training materials (user guides, FAQs, video tutorials).
• Conduct onboarding and refresher sessions for new and existing users.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify adoption trends and recommend enhancements.
• Propose and implement workflow improvements to optimize user experience and efficiency.
• Maintain precise documentation of platform processes, configurations, and knowledge bases.
• Prepare and share usage reports, issue logs, and enhancement requests.
• Assist with BCM initiatives, providing platform expertise.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or platform administration.
- Proficient with SaaS platforms and enterprise user support.
- Understanding of ISO 22301 or equivalent BCM principles and IT concepts.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint), ServiceNow, Jira, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce clear documentation and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project‑planning skills.
- Self‑motivated, capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, Risk Management, or equivalent experience.
- Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or similar preferred.
