Job Description: **Job title** Application Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and deliver application solutions within a defined business domain, managing the full project lifecycle while aligning with corporate standards and accelerating time‑to‑market. Ensure high‑quality outputs, oversee cross‑functional teams, and maintain strong stakeholder communication. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on schedule and within budget. - Drive industrialisation of solutions for repeatability. - Adapt ITIL and project management best practices pragmatically. - Maintain a customer‑centric focus and high satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse subsidiary needs and craft optimal solution strategies. - Own project planning, risk management, scope control, and budget oversight. - Propose, implement, and monitor industrialisation and quick‑time‑to‑market initiatives. - Lead and motivate internal and external teams to achieve project goals. - Establish project governance (committology) and produce regular progress reports. - Liaise with senior management, business units, and external stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with Group policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in application or project management in an enterprise or IT services context. - Strong grasp of application architectures, general IT systems, database basics, and foundational development concepts. - Business‑oriented mindset: commercial management, accounting, or asset management knowledge. - Preferably experienced in retail/distribution or automotive sectors. - Proficient with project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, PRINCE2, PMP). - Familiar with ITIL principles and ability to adapt them. - Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational, and analytical skills. - Demonstrated customer‑satisfaction focus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (Bac + 5). - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent highly desirable.
