Job Title: Tech Lead DevOps / Systems & Platforms Lead Role Summary: Senior technical lead responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining Docker/Kubernetes environments, administrating Linux and Windows infrastructure, automating CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security and performance, and coordinating across development and IT teams. Expactations: - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on DevOps or systems engineering experience. - Demonstrated expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Ansible, Terraform, etc.), and CI/CD tools. - Strong Linux/Windows administration, networking, security, and monitoring skills. - Ability to read and review Python or .NET code. - Proactive technical lead with clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation abilities. - Experience in industrial, logistics, or multi‑site environments preferred.
