Job title: Developer Growth Intern
Role Summary:
Full‑time (January‑April 2026) hybrid internship focused on driving developer awareness, usage, and retention for a high‑velocity AI product. Works directly with Growth, DevRel, and Engineering to design, launch, and analyze product‑led experiments and marketing campaigns for a startup partner program.
Expectations
- Partner with Head of Growth to execute fast, data‑driven experiments across social, web, and product usage channels.
- Support tactical rollout of marketing initiatives for the “Groq for Startups” program.
- Produce clear analysis reports on campaign performance and key developer metrics.
- Develop concise, developer‑centric content that explains product capabilities and value.
- Monitor competitive tactics and ecosystem trends to inform strategy.
- Ensure alignment between experiments, developer needs, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate experiments on social, web, and product platforms.
2. Track, analyze, and report on experiment outcomes using dashboards and analytics tools.
3. Create compelling content (blog posts, docs, case studies) targeting developers.
4. Coordinate with DevRel and Engineering to validate technical feasibility and collect builder feedback.
5. Conduct market and competitor research on growth tactics within the AI and startup ecosystems.
6. Maintain organized documentation in Notion, Airtable, and Figma.
7. Iterate on experiments based on data insights and stakeholder input.
Required Skills
- Strong written communication and executive storytelling.
- Experience with Notion, Figma, Airtable, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with data interpretation, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.
- Curiosity about developer acquisition, product adoption, and retention strategies.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple experiments concurrently.
- Passion for AI, startup culture, and the builder community.
Required Education & Certifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- No specific certifications required; mastery of analytics and product growth tools is preferred.
