Job Description
**Job title:** Production Manager – France/South Europe **Role Summary:** Oversee end‑to‑end ticketing and production processes for train and ferry travel products. Coordinate with internal teams, local partners, and suppliers to ensure accurate reservations, payments, technical compliance, and high‑quality travel documentation. Support product launches and continuous improvement of combined and free‑travel itineraries within the European market. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely tickets and vouchers for train and ferry services. - Quickly resolve cancellations or changes with suitable solutions. - Contribute to the design and launch of new combined travel products. - Maintain reliable data, reporting, and vehicle reservations. - Communicate professionally with international partners in English; Italian language or knowledge is an asset. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Manage ticketing workflow: reservations, payments, voucher issuance, and client communication. 2. Provide technical follow‑up on travel dossiers, handling cancellations and modifications. 3. Create new train‑ferry combined products for the European market. 4. Coordinate production of accompanied trips: booking, payments, and accounting liaison. 5. Design free‑travel itineraries: produce roadbooks, GPX traces, points of interest. 6. Update tracking spreadsheets and compile on‑call documentation. 7. Sustain relationships with local consultants, partners, and vehicle suppliers. 8. Assist the Product Manager with online publishing of itineraries and accounting accuracy. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and precision orientation. - Proactive problem‑solving and initiative. - Collaborative mindset, adept at working with diverse stakeholders. - Proficient computer skills; quick to learn new software and tools. - Professional English communication; Italian language knowledge is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications:** - University degree or formal training in tourism, hospitality, or related field. - Prior experience in a similar production, back‑office, or travel coordination role preferred.
